A nonprofit project for a more transparent profession.

RDWorkplace is a nonprofit project created specifically for Registered Dietitians and Dietetic Technicians. It exists to:

• Increase workplace transparency across the dietetics profession
• Help dietitians make informed career decisions
• Protect professional anonymity for people sharing honest experiences
• Promote balanced, credible workplace feedback — not just complaints
• Make continuing-education and professional resources easier to find
• Strengthen the dietetics profession as a whole

Sites like Glassdoor and Indeed offer useful structure, and anonymous forums offer useful privacy — but neither combines both with professional credential verification and active moderation the way RDWorkplace is built to. Reviews from privately verified RD/RDN and DTR/NDTR contributors carry a Verified label and count toward a company's rating; a limited, clearly labeled set of unverified perspectives may also appear, but never affect that rating.
